Allene Glasco Alexander, 78, of Salisbury was born to the late John Glasco and Gussie Rogers Glasco on Jan. 2, 1945 in Rowan County passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Novant Health Rowan Regional Medical Center.

She attended JC Price, her last employment was at The Brian Center as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; spouse, Leo Alexander, Sr.; brother, John Glasco,Jr.; sisters, Aldonia Taylor, Elaine Neely, Priscilla Oglesby,Margaret Archie, Johnnie Mae Torrence; four grandchildren, Marshall Young, Jr, Brianna Hayes, Lauren Byarm and Cordeo Everhart.

She leaves to cherish memories sons, Leo Alexander, Jr, Andre Alexander, Warren Alexander; daughters, Pamela Wilks (Willie), Rosalind Hayes (Bruce);  sisters; Carolyn Phillips(Leonard),Laura Spratt, Shelia Olgesby Robinson, 26 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren,nieces,nephews, a host of other relatives and friends.

Arrangements: Funeral Services Monday May 22, at 12:30 p.m. at Rowan Funeral Services Chapel, burial will follow in City Memorial Cemetery, family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to service. Public viewing will be Sunday 2-5p.m.
