Deborah Jean Parker Shelton, 62 of Salisbury was born to the late Robert Hugh Parker and Annie Jean Moore Parker on October 14, 1959, in Rowan County departed her earthly life on Monday, April 4, 2022, at Liberty Common Nursing Home. She attended Salisbury High School and was last employed as a cook for Bojangles Restaurant. She was preceded in death by her parents, spouse Albert Bryce Shelton, Sr., and son Albert Bryce, Jr. She leaves memories to her son; Benjamin Shelton, brothers; Robert Parker, Ricky Parker, and sister Tonya Parker, a host of other relatives and friends. A Graveside Funeral Service will be Thursday, April 14, at 1:00 p.m. at Salisbury National Cemetery on Military Avenue. Burial will follow and public viewing will be Wednesday 10- 5:30 at Rowan Funeral Services. Rowan Funeral Services is assisting the Parker family.
