Edward Dwain Connor, 57, of East Spencer, was born to Annie E. Connor on Sept. 27, 1964, and was set free on Saturday, June 25, 2022, after an extended illness at Accordius Nursing Home of Salisbury. A 1981 graduate of Salisbury High School, he was last employed at Livingstone College as a cook. He is survived by his mother Annie E. Connor; son, Donte' Connor; sister, Pamela C. Ingram; nephews, Antonio Ingram Jr., and Brandon Ingram; three grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Arrangements: Private funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 5, at 12:00 p.m., at Rowan Memorial Park, with Rev. Arthur L. Heggins, Eulogist. Burial will follow in the cemetery. There will be no public viewing. Rowan Funeral Services is assisting the Connor family.
