Emma Evonne Miller Houston 52, of Salisbury was born to the late Easton Rucker and Bertha Miller in Rowan County on April 8, 1973 departed her Earthly Life on December 20,2025 at Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House.

Attended Rowan- Salisbury County School System and had been employed  with Cannon Mills.

She was preceded by her parents and son; Emmanuel Houston Jr.

She leaves memories to her husband; Emmanuel Houston, Sr, daughters;Emily  Houston, Elyssa Houston, son; Davontae McCain,grandson; Carter Houston, brothers; Franklin Rucker(Erica), Easton Rucker, Jr. (Nikki),  Markus Feamster, sisters;  Glenda Faye Wells ( Dwaine), Mary Ann Alexander, Sandra Rucker, ShaRhonda (Brandy ) Douglas, Nakesha Feamster(Daniel), Kinetra Jackson,  nephews, nieces, a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Tuesday December 30, at 12:30 at Rowan Funeral Services Chapel  burial will in the  Salisbury National Cemetery at 2:30 pm. Family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to service.
