Fayeleesa Raven Shropshire, 27, was born to Tammy Whitaker Shropshire and Alonzo Shropshire on March 31, 1995 in Rowan County, she made her transition on Aug. 3, 2022. She was a 2013 graduate of North Rowan High School, a 2017 graduate of UNCG, was employed as a manager with the Dollar Tree, and attended St. Luke Baptist Church. She is survived by her mother, Tammy W. Blackwell (James); father, Alonzo Shropshire; siblings, Alonzo D. Shropshire, Vincent Shropshire, Alyshia Shropshire; niece; nephews; maternal grandmother, Florine Harper; aunts; uncles; and a host of relatives and friends. Arrangements: Funeral Services, Thursday at 11 a.m. Rowan Funeral Services Chapel, burial will follow in City Memorial Cemetery. Family will receive friends at 10 a.m. prior to services. Public viewing will be Wednesday 10:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Rowan Funeral Services is assisting the Shropshire/Blackwell family.
