Gloria Denise Smith, 58, was born to the late Claudie Lee and Sarah Cowan Smith in Rowan County on July 12, 1963, and passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, NC. She was a graduate of East Rowan High School in Spencer, North Carolina, and was last employed with Autumn Care of Salisbury. She attended church at Antioch Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; and is survived by her brothers; Bryan Smith, Eddie (Pam) Smith, Dennis (Tammy) Smith, fiancé Robert Pepper, a host of other relatives, and friends. Funeral Services will be Saturday October 23, at Grateful Heart Ministries, burial at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.
