Grace Moree Cranford Smith 70, was born to the late Willie Granford and Moree Glenn Granford on February 6, 1956 in Rowan County departed her Earthly Life on Friday July 24, 2026.

Mrs. Smith was retired from W.G. Hefner Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She leaves memories to her daughters; Kandace McNeil(Darryl), Andrea Bestman, brothers; Willie C. Granford, Jr, William Boyd(Monica), sisters; Mildred Granford, Deborah Granford, Janice Wilson, Libby Granford, grandchildren; Kelis Granford, Kamari Bruce-Granford, great-grandchildren; Amory Singleton, Dejuan  Davis,Jakari Dixon, a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial Service: Friday July 31, at 1:30 Rowan Funeral Services Chapel. Family will receive freinds at 1:00 pm.
