Grover Franklin Jones, Jr. 32, of Salisbury was born to Grover Franklin and Betty Greene Jones, Sr. on July 28, 1988 in Rowan County and passed away March 21, 2021 at Novant Health Rowan Regional Medical Center. He attended Salisbury High School. He is survived by his parents; brothers; Donnel Lomax, DeAndre Thompson, sisters; Shavonda "Cheye" Greene, Sonja Hall, Kelly Wynn, Pam Smith, Janaka Dawkins, Kisha Smith, special friend; Nesha Brown, best friend; TaQuandra "Quan" Baldwin, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, a host of other relatives, and friends. Private funeral services will be Tuesday, March 30, at 12 noon at Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church; burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Public viewing will be Monday 10:00 - 5:00 at Rowan Funeral Services. Rowan Funeral Services is assisting the Jones family.
