Hattie Bell Polk 67, of Salisbury departed her earthly life on Saturday November 18,2023 at Five Oaks Rehabilitation in Concord, NC was born to the late Charles James Bell and Lena Smoot Bell on December 27,1955 in Rowan County.

She was last employed with Compass Rehabilitation as a Certified Nursing Assistant, a member of God's Will Be Done Ministry and also Trinity Presbyterian Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters; Blondie Hibbler, Charlene Reid and Victoria Bell.

She leaves memories to her husband of forty six years Homer Polk, brother; Constance  Bell (Marshall)sister; Mattie Lyerly  mother-in-law;  Virgie Polk, close friend; Marva Perkins a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services at 1:00 p.m. Trinity Presbyterian Church burial will follow Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends 12:00 - 1:00 at the church prior to funeral services.
