Mr. James Adams 57, was born to the late William L. Eckles,Sr. and Doris Jean Adams Parker on December, 24, 1957 in Iredell County. He departed his earthly life on Monday December 4,2023 at 507 Park Avenue, Salisbury, NC.

He attended Iredell County School and was last employed with Greensboro Coliseum in housekeeping.

He was preceded by his parents; stepfather; Claude Parker,paternal grandparents; William Lawrence Eckles, Carrie Mae Eckles,,maternal grandparents, Pless and Rosalee Adams, brothers, Mark A. Eckles, Robert L. Adams, uncles; Robert L. Eckles, Richard Adams, aunts; Flora Mare Eckles,Martha Ann Adams Lawrence and Carrie Ann Smyre.

He leaves to cherish his memories; brother; William L. Eckles,Jr., James R. Eckles,Ricky (Tonya) Eckles, sisters; Roxanne K. Eckles,Marlene (Kenny) Eckles,Darlene (David) Eckles Thompson, Lisa Parker,Donna Parker,special nephews; Josiah Nixon, Davion Parker,special nieces; Tylisa Parker, Talaya Nixon, Shonika Eckles and Katrina Eckles,favorite aunt, Sarah Reid, other relatives; John Adams,Amigo Adams, Albert Adams, his sister/cousin; Charlotte Chad McGee, Stephanie Reid,Khrissy Reid, Sherrie Adams, uncles, aunts, nieces,nephews, a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial Service; Saturday December 16, 3:00 at Rowan Funeral Services Chapel. A Balloon Release will be held immediately after the memorial service at 507 Park Avenue, Salisbury, NC.
