Jeron Da'King Ellis 17, of Salisbury transition on Sunday June 28, 2026 was born to Delwyn J. Smith Sr. and the late Rashedia Woodberry on February 14, 2009 in Rowan County,

"King" as  he was known to be called atttended Rowan-Salisbury School systems. He loved drawing and listeng to all genre of music.

He was preceded in death by his mother; Rashedia Woodberry, brother: Delwyn J. Smith, Jr., great grandparents; Henry Withers, Mary & William Woodberry, great-great grandparents; Wilbert & Ann Robertson, Melvin & Wilma Chalk.

He leaves memories to his father; Delwyn J. Smith Sr., grandparents; William and April Woodberry of the home, siblings; Jerryase Ellis,Nazerion Stinson,Dusten Archie, Jr., Jaylen Gilmore, Da'Nayla Archie, Trinity Mobery, Sincere Fox, Siayon Marquell Young-Smith, Ya'Zere Smith, Zyere Smith, Tavonna Hill,Jamirra Smith, Jazarria Smith, Skyla Smith, Siayonna Smith,  Jazion Smith, stepfather; Dusten Archie, Sr.  grandparents; Wanda Smith, Terry(Rosa) Chalk, and great grandmothers: Joan Cunningham, Nancy Byrd Smith, aunts; Shequita Woodberry, Roneshia Woodberry, Montoya McCombs, Angela Atkins, Brooke Chalk, Lashonda Chalk, Lisa Stallings,  uncles; Omar Robertson(Kia), Mandrell Woodberry, Terry McCombs, Dewon Stalling, Kendrick Conner, great aunts; Lynne (Charles)Woods, Pam Ingram, Pam Smith,  great uncles; Bryan Withers, Keith(Keisha) Heggins,Pastor Tony(Joann) Smith, Lewis Smith, cousins, and host of other relatives and friends.
