Joey Eric Partlow 42, of Salisbury passed away on Sunday, June 6, 2021 and was born to Debra Reid Dalton and Phil Caldwell on May 17, 1979 in Rowan County. Joey was a 1997 graduate of North Rowan High School. He was employed for 15 years with Chartwell Dining Services at Catawba College as a Supervisor. He leaves memories to his parents; Debra Reid Dalton, was reared by the late Clyde Partlow, father; Phil Caldwell, son; Logan Partlow, daughter; Paris Partlow, brother; Randal (Dorothy Faggart) Partlow, stepbrothers; Eric Canzator and Phil Caldwell, Jr., sister; Angela Partlow, Tasha Kirkley mother of his children, nephews; Brandon Dalton, Jayden Brown, Kobe Partlow, nieces; Brittany Dalton, Promise Steeler, Christian Adames a host of other relatives and friends. Private Funeral Services: Monday, June 14, at 12:00 P.M. at Rowan Funeral Services Chapel; burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Public viewing Sunday 12:00 - 5:00 P.M.
