Kenneth Lewis Gibson, 69, of Salisbury was born to the late  Edward and Evelyn Harris Gibson on October 19, 1955 departed his Earthly Life on Saturday February 22, 2025 at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center.

He was last employed at Apex in the Maintenance Department and was a member of God's Will Be Done Ministry.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Edward Gibson, Evelyn Gibson, brothers; Deboyce Harris, Wilbert S. Gibson and  Nathaniel Gibson.

He is survived by his wife; Virgie P. Gibson, sons; Thomas Polk, Chester Polk, Adam Gibson, brothers; Edward D. Gibson, Larry L. Gibson, Robert Gibson, sisters; Charity Cruse, Lavern Gibson, special niece; Wendy Polk, seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service: Saturday  March 1, 2025 at 11:30 at Rowan Funeral Services Chapel . Public viewing 2:00- 5:00 Friday, family will receive friends 10:30- 11:30 prior to funeral service.
