Mrs. Norma "Lisa" Heilig Geter, daughter of Naomi Heilig Gray and Edward Stoner, was born September 10, 1959 in Rowan County, NC, on Wednesday June 18, 2025, she was called home to her eternal rest.

Mrs. Geter attended  Rowan- Salisbury Schools and received her GED from Rowan Cabarrus Community . She worked in textile for most of her life and was employed at Trinity Oaks as  a CNA. She is a member of Jerusalem Baptist Church.

Mrs. Geter was preceded in death by her parents and a beloved Grandmother, Pastor Mother Margaret Turner and mother-in-law Mrs. Louise Geter.

Those left to cherish her memories of 27 years is her loving husband Joseph Geter, stepson; Joseph Truesdale, step-grandson, Reakwon Truesdale; goddaughter; Olivia Miller, brother; Edward (Teedy) Holmes Sr.(Selena); brother-in-laws; Robert Geter Sr, (Mechell); Bennie Geter Sr., (Pastor Shay) : Rev. John Geter (Emma); sisters-in-laws; Evangelist Josephine Davis, Evangelist Mary Jeter, nieces, nephews,cousins and friends.

Funeral Services: Wednesday June 25, at 12:00 , Jerusalem Baptist Church, family will receive friends at 11:30, burial will follow in the church cemetery. Public viewing Tuesday 11:00 - 5:00 p.m.
