RC Speigner Jr. 64, was born in Verbena, Alabama, to the late RC Speigner Sr. and Mary E. Varner on June 10, 1956. He departed his earthly life on Sunday, Feb. 27, 2022, at Novant Health Rowan Regional Medical Center.   He was educated in Verbena, Alabama, and was last employed at Compass Nursing Home in the Dietary Department.   He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Hudson Speigner; his parents, RC Speigner, Sr. and Mary E. Varner; brother, Thomas Speigner. He is survived by his sons, Tristan Hudson, Zymir McCluney, Jameel Smith whom he raised; daughters, Shedricka Hudson; brothers, Ricky Ware, Edwin Lamont (Pam) Ware, Brian K. (Carolyn) Speigner, Shunta Ware; sisters, Tomeaka (Mack) Long, Adrienne Dallis, Judy Ann Speigner; four grandchildren; nephews, nieces, a host of other relatives and friends.   Funeral Services will be Saturday, March 12, at 1 p.m. at Rowan Funeral Services Chapel. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends 12-1 p.m. prior to services. A public viewing will be held on Friday 10-5:30 p.m. You may pay your respects to the family at 2282 Statesville Blvd. Apt. 103. Rowan Funeral Services is assisting the Speigner family.
