Roger Lee Jackson 73, of Salisbury departed his Earthly Life on Thursday February 5, 2026 was born to the late  Howard Montgomery and Pearlie Mae Jackson on September 15,1952 in Rowan County.
Roger was educated in the Rowan-Salisbury School Systems and moved to Columbus Ohio, was employed with his brother in a family owned cleaning service Jackson Complete Cleaning Services before he became disabled to work.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard Montgomery, Pearlie Mae Jackson, daughter; Tomeca Jackson and brothers Billy, Kenny and Bobby Jackson.
He is survived by his son; Roger Brown, brothers; Jimmy Jackson, Michael Clawson, Lawrence Hawthorne, sisters; Trudy Johnson, Diane J. Hayes, Teresa Franks, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild, nephews,nieces, a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service: Friday February 20, at 1:00 p.m. Rowan Funeral Services Chapel ,family will receive friends 12:00- 1:00 p.m. there will be no public viewing. Burial will follow in Memorial Park.
