Steven Michael Jones, Jr. 32, of Salisbury was born in Rowan County on February 15, 1989 to Minnette Watson and Steven Michael Jones, Sr. and passed away on Tuesday April 6, 2021 at Wake Forest Medical Center in Winston Salem, NC. He attended North Rowan High School and was last employed as a cook at Cracker Barrel. He is survived by his parents; Steven M. Jones, Sr. of East Spencer, Minnette Watson, Greenville, SC, sister Maria Daniels, aunts, uncles, cousins, a host of other relatives and friends. Private Funeral Services will be Wednesday April 14, at 1:00 at Rowan Funeral Services Chapel and burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Public viewing will be Tuesday 10:00 - 5:00 P.M. Family will meet at 411 S. Long Street. Rowan Funeral Services is assisting the Jones family.
