Sugar Lacole Williams 41, of Salisbury was born on August 13,1982 in Wurzburg-Bavaria, Germany to Watricia Burton Williams and Freddie A. Williams departed this Earthly Life on Friday August 2. 2024 at Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House.

2000 graduate of Dudley High School , receiving her undergraduate from Livingstone College and attaining her Master's Degree from the University of North Carolina. She was employed with Kannapolis City Schools and Rowan Salisbury School System as a Kindergarten Teacher and Probation Officer in Salisbury, NC. She is a member of Omicron Psi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc in Lexington, NC.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents James and Lallage "Sweet" Burton.

She leaves cherish memories to her mother; Watricia Burton Williams, father; Freddie A. Williams, daughter; Londyn  Lacole Williams, step- brother; Kenton "Var" Bell, sisters; Tree, Shelica, uncles; James Heilig, John Heilig, aunts; Connie Hunter (Maurice), Lenora Phillips, Natalie Simpson, Janice Burton, Jamie Phillips(Tim), Janet Wilson, great aunts; Louise Hargrave, great aunt & uncle; Genora and Richard Payne , great uncles; Richard (Gail) House, Robert (Jennifer) House, Jimmy House, great aunt; Lydia Faust, grandmother: Mary Heilig, nieces, nephews, cousins, a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services Sunday August 11, at 3:00 p.m. Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, family will receive friends 2:00- 3:00 p.m. and burial will be Monday August 12, at 1:00 p.m. Memorial Park 1301 W. Innes Street.  Public viewing Saturday 11: 00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
