Tony Edward(Luke)Smith, 68, of Lexington, NC, went peacefully to meet his Savior on June 28, 2024. Tony is survived by his children: Tony Friday, Anthony Friday, Crystal Coleman, all of Lexington, NC, and Brandon Smith, of Greensboro, NC. Also surviving are his seven adored grandchildren, four sisters: Brenda(Cecil) Dalton, Margie Shipp, Diane Smith, and Patty Smith, a host of nieces and nephews and a plethora of friends.

After graduating from West Davidson High School, Tony served as a staple within Lexington Furniture Industries until he retired.

Tony was preceded in death by his parents:Joseph and Ida Smith, sister, Debra Ann Smith and brother-in-law Michael Shipp.

Friends may visit with the family at the family home on New Haven Drive, Lexington NC. Memorial services will be Wednesday, July 3rd at 11:00 a.m., at Rowan Funeral Services 1709 N Long Street, Salisbury, NC. Pastor Jimmy Griffin officiating. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by family and friends.
