Jermiah Hackett

SALISBURY – Jermiah Hackett, 60, was born to Everett Mason Hackett and the late Johnnie Mae King Hackett on Sept. 14, 1962 passed away on Dec. 27,2022. He was a1982 graduate of East Rowan High School and he was employed by Angel of Heart as a Chef. He was preceded in death by his mother, Johnnie Mae King Hackett. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Heggins Hackett; father, Bishop Everett M. Hackett; daughters, Alicia Hackett ( Mistor) Williams of Gibsonville, Shekita Hackett of Clemmons, Jerenetta Hackett of Winston-Salem; brothers, Everett Hackett, Jr. of Philadelphia, Pa., Rufus Robbins of Cleveland, Perry Mason Hackett of Salisbury, Anthony Hackett of Salisbury, Anita Hackett Bacon and Joanna (Barry) Sumner of Upper Darby, Pa., Lucille Witherspoon of Charlotte, Linda Robbins, of Kings Mountains; grandchildren, Niaz Williams, Nakaiyah Williams, Jayla WIlliams; and a host of other relatives and friends. Arrangements: Funeral Services will be Sunday, Jan. 8, at 3 p.m. at Rowan Funeral Services Chapel. Family visitation will be one hour prior to funeral services.
