Terry Hunter

Terry Hunter 57, passed away on Friday January 14,2022 at Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House after an extended illness. He was born to the late George Hunter and Jeanette McConneaughy Hunter on March 21, 1964 in Rowan County. He was a 1982 graduate of Salisbury High School , a Veteran of the US Army and was employed by Hexagon. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Barbara Knox. He is survived by his wife Carla McNeely Hunter; daughters; Tawana "Tiara" Watson (Jerquavione), Laquaana Hunter, brothers; James McConneaughy, Rodney Hunter(Lori), Maurice Hunter(Connie) Darryl Hunter(Cheryl), sister; Debra Underwood (Charles), three grandchildren; sister-in-law; Martha McConneaughy Phillips, nieces, nephews, a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral Services Monday January 24, at 2:00 P.M. Rowan Funeral Services Chapel. Burial Tuesday January 25, at 9:00 a.m. Salisbury National Cemetery. Family Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to funeral service. Public viewing Sunday 1:00 - 5:00 if weather permits. Rowan Funeral Services is assisting the Hunter family.
