Margaret Hazel Smith Morrow, 81, of East Spencer was born to the late Julius Smith and Mary Brown Smith on March 11, 1941 in Rowan County made it to her final destination on Monday, Aug. 1, 2022. She attended Dunbar High School and retired from Rowan Regional Medical Center as a Supervisor in Food Service. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Walter T. Morrow, Sr.; brothers, Albert Smith and William Smith. She leaves cherished memories to her sons, Timothy W. Morrow, Walter T. Morrow, Jr. (Kim), Julius S. Morrow, Todd Morrow (Melva); daughters, Sandra Threatt (Dennis), Pamela Ware (Lamont), Cynthia D. Morrow, Angela M. Troyer (Lubert), Wanda D. Smith (Allen); sister, Erma Jefferies; twenty-five grandchildren; thirty-six great-grandchildren; nephews, nieces, a host of other relatives and friends. Arrangements: Funeral services Tuesday, Aug. 9, at 11 a.m. New Zion Baptist Church, Eulogist Rev. Dr. Erma Smith Jefferies, burial will follow in Rowan Memorial Park. Family will receive friends Monday 5-7 p.m at Rowan Funeral Services Chapel. Public viewing will be 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. Rowan Funeral Services is assisting the Morrow family. Masks are required for the service
